What Information Do We Collect?

Slack Team Information

When you or another user in your Slack team enables the qDo Slackbot for your team, we receive the name of your team and email domain from the Slack API.

Data collected is used only and exclusively to make the app work and will never be shared with 3rd parties for profit.

Slack User Information

If you are a member of a Slack team that has enabled the qDo Slackbot, we receive your Slack username, first and last name, Slack avatar, timezone and email address from the Slack API. This data is used to provide personalized experience and is shared as part of qDo responses only within your team.

Information sharing and analytics tools

qDo uses analytics and log monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Intercom, Coralogix to monitor app performance and to improve the user experience. Collected statistics are, for example, in the form of frequency of invocation of the /qdo slash command over time.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Subscription Dashboard or by removing the app from your workspace.
